MOUNTAIN HOUSE
AT HERLÍKOVICE
A RECREATIONAL FACILITY OF THE EVANGELICAL
CHURCH OF CZECH BRETHREN

The Horský domov (Mountain House) recreational center is
located on the sunny side of Upper Herlíkovice at an altitude of
770 meters above sea level. It is part of the well-known Krkonoše
community of Strážné. Directly across from Horský Domov,
people may enjoy a unique panoramic view of Mt. Žalý and Mt.
Kotel. Traditional mountain cottages and an Art Nouveau-style
church blend in tastefully with the beauty of nature.
The recreational center offers accommodations in three
separate buildings:

21 beds in rooms with two to four
beds, a shower, WC, and Satellite

"Vokurka"
16 beds in rooms with two to four
beds, a shower and WC
"Vilka"
28 beds in rooms with two to four
beds, a shared shower and WC

 Herlíkovice offers its guests a number of carefully-
groomed trails for downhill and cross-country skiing .
 In the summer, a number of hiking trails and cycling
paths are available for guests.
 Good technical equipment is available for seminars
and conferences.
 In the summer, it is possible to park right at the
pension. In the winter, we provide transportation
from a monitored central parking lot in Strážné.
 Lovers of mountain nature, sports fans, and families
with children especially enjoy Horský domov.
 Horský domov offers ideal conditions for educational
events and group holidays.
The Evangelical Church of Czech Brethren's Horský domov
has been a recreational and conference center for more than
fifty years. This tradition guarantees its guests dependable
services of the highest quality.
